预制菜产业的迅速崛起为推动农村三产融合、促进农民增收、推动乡村振兴具有现实价值。在梳理预制菜产业链助力乡村振兴的内在机理，比如，在产业融合与技术升级、市场需求与品牌建设、环境保护与质量把控、文化创新与消费者需求的基础上，探讨“田间地头”到“餐桌舌尖”的直链对接、“线上+线下”的销售模式、“文化+科技”的双轮驱动、“政策引导+市场运作”的双重保障、“绿色生态+低碳转型”的发展策略这五方面的实践路径。研究表明，预制菜产业链的优化有利于推动农业产业链延长和农产品附加值提升、提供更多就业机会和经济增长点、促进农村产业融合和农业现代化进程。研究结果为多维度推动预制菜产业高质量发展，为乡村振兴建言献策、为加快农业农村现代化添砖加瓦。

The rapid rise of the prefabricated dishes industry has practical value in promoting the integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in rural areas, increasing farmers' income, and driving rural revitalization. Based on sorting out the internal mechanism of the prefabricated dishes industry chain in assisting rural revitalization, such as industrial integration and technological upgrading, market demand and brand building, environmental protection and quality control, cultural innovation and consumer demand, this paper explores five practical paths: the direct chain connection from “the fields” to “the dining tables”, the “online+offline” sales model, the dual-wheel drive of “culture+technology”, the dual guarantee of “policy guidance+market operation”, and the development strategy of “green ecology+low-carbon transformation”. The research shows that the optimization of the prefabricated dishes industry chain is conducive to extending the agricultural industry chain and increasing the added value of agricultural products, providing more employment opportunities and economic growth points, and promoting the integration of rural industries and the process of agricultural modernization. The research results provide suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the prefabricated Dishes industry from multiple dimensions, to contribute suggestions for rural revitalization and add bricks to accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
