随着经济全球化的发展,越来越多的大公司纷纷跨出国门,对现有的供应链进行重构,以实现更好的成本效益。但是跨国企业的供应链相对于国内企业供应链跨度更长、运作模式更为复杂,导致供应链风险剧增。为降低企业的跨国经营风险,减少风险处理成本,文章针对跨国企业供应链的复杂特性,从内部流程出发,运用SCOR模型对这些不确定因素进行识别,得出基于SCOR模型的36个内部风险因素,为跨国企业经营中的风险控制提供参考。
Abstract：With the development of economic globalization,more and more large companies have gone abroad to reconstruct the existing supply chain to achieve better cost-effectiveness. However,the supply chain of multinational enterprises has a longer span and more complicated operation mode than that of domestic enterprises,which has led to a sharp increase in supply chain risks. In order to reduce the risk of multinational operations of enterprises and reduce the cost of risk processing,this paper focuses on the complex characteristics of the supply chain of multinational enterprises,starting from the internal process,using the SCOR model to identify these uncertain factors,and derives 36 internal risk factors based on the SCOR model,which lays the foundation for risk control in the operation of multinational enterprises.
