文章从家电行业全球化趋势、行业并购方式、供应链可持续发展、供应链数字化转型、智能制造与工业互联网的进步、大规模个性化定制的兴起六个方面阐述了家电行业供应链的现状,同时结合国家政策引导、市场需求变化和新技术的发展等因素探讨了家电行业供应链未来发展的趋势,指出在新的经济和行业背景下,家电行业供应链在机遇与挑战中应积极进行数字化转型、构建全流程的生态系统、推动供应链管理的发展和升级。
Abstract：This paper analyzes the supply chain of home appliance industry from six aspects: trends of globalization,approaches of industry mergers and acquisitions,sustainable development of supply chain,digitalized transformation of supply chain,progress of smart manufacturing and industrial Internet,and large-scale personalized customization. At the same time,the paper discusses future supply chain development trends of home appliance industry combined with the policy guidance,rapid change of market demand and the development of new Technologies. Under the background of new economy and industry,the supply chain of home appliance industry should actively embrace digital transformation under the opportunities and challenges,build end-to-end supply chain ecosystem,and promote the development and upgrading of supply chain management.
